Return and Refund Policy
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. and www.milkanoagro.com is committed towards providing its customer the best services. Customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order once placed. Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd affirms that food items once booked will be eligible to return if its conditions found to be faulty or different from the ordered one. Customers can return the products/item, purchased from us at the time of delivery only. No such return/refund request will be entertained later.
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com does not make any cash refunds. Company will refund the value to its customers if anything ordered remain short supply due to any reasons. The same will be credited to the customer's account/card used at the time of transaction without bearing any cost/interest to its cusomers.
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com affirms that it takes 3 to 12 working days to refund the amount, depending upon the mode of payment chosen by its customer. Sometime bank take a longer time to process the refunded request. If it takes longer than the usual time as mentioned, the customer may request us via our customer service.
Exchange Policy
The products listed on www.milkanoagro.com web or mobile application platform can not be exchanged/returned/modified except the conditions mentioned above in S. no.1.
Cancellation Policy
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. and www.milkanoagro.com affirms that in a general rule, Customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order once placed. Customer may choose to cancel the order only within the one minute of the order being placed. After reviewing customer’s previous cancellation policy, MILKANO reserves the right to deny any refund to the customers, even if the same within one minute followed by suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com
If customers cancel his/her order after one minute of placing it, MILKANO shall have a right to collect a penalty up to 100% of the order amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by MILKANO, with a right to not to refund the order value. No modifications in the order will be accepted whatsoever.
Delivery Policy
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com will always make conscious effort to get the order delivered to its customers as per the convenient/chosen slot. But in order to serve the customer fresh and hygienic food, the products ordered by the customers will be delivered to them as per the available slot only. Customers can raise the order round the clock but Company’s delivery policy will act in the following manner:
  • if a customer is willing to receive the order at 7am in the morning or thereafter, he/she will have to raise order in the evening maximum by 10 pm, the previous day.
  • The order received by MILKANO on or after 10pm will be eligible for delivery earliest by next morning 10 am or any slot/time chosen by the customer on or after 10 am. Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or MILKANO may try to deliver the order/item before 10 am only if the food ordered by the customer is freshly prepared/slots are available.
  • Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com takes three hours to execute the order from the time when the Customer raise the order which will be effective from 7 am in the morning till 7 pm in the evening. However, the company may deliver early, subject to the availability of the slot.
  • Any order Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com receive after 7pm till 10 pm will automatically qualify for delivery on or after 7am.
  • Customers who have registered themselves under monthly subscription plan may choose any time slots/specific time, as per their convenience and choice. Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com will ensure delivery of the food products/item as per the chosen time of the customer.
  • Customers who wish to raise order for birthday/parties/functions in a customised fashion, may do so but they will have to raise order at least 24 hours in advance.

Time-slots to be chosen by the Customer Delivery time
Order received after 10pm till 7am On or after 10am, as per the delivery time chosen by the customer
Order received at 7am or thereafter On or after 10am or usual preparation time of 3 hours, whichever is earlier
Order received till 7 pm Eligible for delivery by 10pm same day
Order received till 10pm Qualify for delivery by 7am or thereafter, as per the delivery time chosen by the customer

If any customer fails to receive the products/ food item in the agreed slot/timeline of 3 hours under usual preparation time as mentioned, earlier, the order shall be treated as cancelled. However, in extreme circumstances, it may get delayed due to long pending order.
Customer may quote PIN No. at the delivery point while taking delivery of the product ordered with our authorised delivery staff. If our delivery staff finds any inconsistency in the order/Pin No., the delivery staff may decline to deliver the products.
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. reminds its customers their responsibility to count and check all the products while accepting the delivery. No dispute will be entertained by Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. once the customer accepts the products at the delivery point.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for all customers who opt monthly subscription plan or to those who book food items for any parties/celebrations/birthday etc. Delivery will also be free who raise order/food items of the total value of INR 150 or above.Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or MILKANO will honor even a single order raised by the customer. Order having total value of less than INR 150 will be chargeable at the tune of INR 20/- order.
Order-Splitting
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. and www.milkanoagro.com will always ensure to deliver the order at specified location and on time. However, we may deliver Non-Vegetarian food items (meat. Fish etc.) separately from the Veg. food customers delivery. We are extremely sensitive and respect the sentiments of our customers who are Vegetarians or follow Vaishanv diet. We have separate delivery staff for Non-Veg category. Hence, customer may also receive the order separately and at different time and intervals if they raise/share such concerns with our team at the time of raising the order.
Delivery locations
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. entertain orders against the selected pin codes/RWA society within India only. Customers may check the delivery serviceability of their area/locality with our customer service team or through mobile App. Customer living in the Area/society/RWA which is not serviceable, have no right to book the order. Their claim will not be entertained.
Special Promotions and offers
Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com at its own discretion may offer special promotional offers, schemes to its customers which will be published on our website and application. Such participation will be truly voluntary in nature.
Termination Policy:
This user agreement shall be effective from the date and time of the customers acceptance of the terms of the website (www.milkanoagro.com) and application and remain in force unless and until terminated by either of the parties. The customer may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that they discontinue any further use of this site. Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site. Such termination will be without any liability to us.
Privacy Policy:
Uses of the site is in accordance with the privacy policy of Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. Please read our privacy policy which gives the descriptions in the manner in which data is collected, used and protected by Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd and www.milkanoagro.com. This privacy policy is subject to change from time to time without notice.
Waiver:
Either party's failure to enforce any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be construed as a waiver of any such provision or provisions as to future violations thereof, nor prevent that party thereafter from enforcing each and every other provision of this Agreement. The rights granted the parties herein are cumulative and the waiver by a party of any single remedy shall not constitute a waiver of such party's right to assert all other legal remedies available to him or it under the circumstances.
Waiver:
Either party's failure to enforce any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be construed as a waiver of any such provision or provisions as to future violations thereof, nor prevent that party thereafter from enforcing each and every other provision of this Agreement. The rights granted the parties herein are cumulative and the waiver by a party of any single remedy shall not constitute a waiver of such party's right to assert all other legal remedies available to him or it under the circumstances.
Force Majeure:
The failure or delay by Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com while performing any obligations under this agreement solely by reason of act of God, acts of Government (except as otherwise enumerated herein), riots, wars, strikes, lockouts, lockdown, accidents in transportation or other causes beyond its control (collectively referred to as the "Force Majeure") shall not be deemed to be a breach of this agreement. All Errors and Omissions (E&O) are accepted.
Governing Law
All disputes with regard to Milkano Agro India Pvt. Ltd. or www.milkanoagro.com will be governed in accordance with the Indian law. All disputes and differences of any kind whatsoever arising out of this agreement shall be referred to the Arbitrator. The aggrieved party, the Customer or the company shall give a notice in writing to the other party. Such written notice shall specify the matters which are in dispute and such dispute or difference of which such written notice has been given will be referred to the Arbitrator. Both the parties will discuss beforehand and decide and identify a person to work as the Arbitrator, whose decision will have to be accepted by both parties. The Arbitrator will work as per the Indian Arbitration Act 1996 and any statutory modifications and amendments thereof. Venue of Arbitration shall be at New Delhi only. The award of the Arbitrator shall be conclusive, final and binding on both the parties.
